The Ink Business Cash card from Chase Bank is our favorite 0% interest credit card for most business owners. (It’s also our favorite business credit card, period.)
So what makes Ink Business Cash top our rankings? Well, the interest rates sure help. While Ink Business Cash doesn’t have the longest introductory APR we’ve seen (that would be the U.S. Bank Business Platinum Card below), it does give you a full year of 0% interest. And after that, you’ll get a very competitive variable APR for your ongoing card use.
But that’s just one feature. We also love Ink Business Cash’s reward program. It gives you―you guessed it―cash back on your business purchases. You can earn up to 5% cash back (the highest reward rate we’ve found on a business credit card). Plus, Ink Business Cash has a generous welcome bonus, giving you the chance to earn an additional $750 (more than most cash back cards offer).
Then there’s the fact that Ink Business Cash doesn’t charge an annual fee or employee card fee―and has competitive fees otherwise―and we think it’s clear you’ve got yourself a top-notch small-business credit card.
We will say, though, that not every business owner will love Ink Business Cash. Its sky-high reward rate applies only to eligible purchases (the first $25,000 you spend on internet, phone, cable, and office supply company expenses in a year). Most purchases earn 1% (though your first $25,000 in gas and restaurant cost earn 2%). So depending on where and how you spend, you may not earn as much cash as you’d like.
Considering all the Ink Business Cash card has going for it, though―from rates to rewards―it’s still our highest scoring 0% small-business card.
